Bethan joined the Dorset Silicone team in March 2025.

For Bethan, being able to do something artistic and sculptural that also makes a meaningful difference in someone’s life feels incredibly rewarding.

Bethan completed an MA in Prosthetic Effects at Falmouth University in 2022, which launched her career in the world of film and television for around three years. After discovering the type of work done at Dorset, she realised that the role perfectly suited her skillset in sculpting, combined with her existing knowledge of working with various materials.

In September, Beth transitioned into working with HD silicone and began creating prosthetic legs. Her days are varied and can involve cast work, colour mixing, sculpting, or patching.

Outside of work, Beth enjoys spending time outdoors, going for coffee with friends, and crocheting.
