Sophie W

She supports the silicone team by managing relationships with key external partners, overseeing orders, and organising clinic trips. In her clinical role, she coordinates the diary of the Ringwood Clinical Lead and manages patient appointments and treatment schedules.

Sophie began working as a Practice Manager before transitioning into her current position. Her earlier career included roles as a sales advisor and five years as a wedding planner, where she developed strong organisational and coordination skills that she now applies to patient and clinic support.

She studied P.E., Human Biology, Business and Human Psychology at Barton Peveril College in Eastleigh and has experience working in both primary and secondary schools. Sophie also holds a Diploma in Events & Wedding Planning and has gained a number of coaching qualifications through her teaching experience.

In her current role, Sophie enjoys the variety of day‑to‑day work and finds it rewarding to support patients throughout their journey. She particularly values helping patients access the products that enable them to return to the activities they love.

Outside of work, Sophie plays netball in the Southampton and Hampshire leagues, is a regular at her local gym and enjoys baking.
