Stefanie joined the team as a Silicone Technician in February 2026, where she is developing her technical expertise and patient-focused skills.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Model Making from Arts University Bournemouth, as well as a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Stop-Motion Animation and Puppet Building from Staffordshire University. After graduating, Stefanie undertook commissioned puppet work and restoration projects at a local museum and has since completed specialist training including Technovent’s Full Facial Prosthetics Course. She has a key interest in facial prosthetics, particularly prosthetic eyes, and is also keen to develop her skills in digit work.

Stefanie is motivated by the opportunity to use her creativity to make a real difference in people’s lives and looks forward to building meaningful professional relationships with patients. She enjoys the process of creating something from nothing, finding it both personally rewarding and impactful.

Outside of work, she is a national-level cheerleading athlete and coach, a Scout Leader, and enjoys travelling and scuba diving with her family.
